ALIGN TO YOUR CORE SELF

I believe that life’s challenges offer opportunities for expansion.

Often times the source of our suffering is living in ways that are not aligned with your core self.

SERVICES

Assisting clients to cultivate self-awareness and compassion while discovering new ways of experiencing themselves and the world that are aligned with their true self.

In this way, healing is not about rejecting parts of yourself as an act of changing yourself but rather a journey of integrating all parts of yourself to achieve wellness.

ABOUT MARIAH

Through my personal and professional experiences I hold steadfast to my belief that both connection and belonging heals.

My story of healing began when I was just nine years old and was diagnosed with a chronic illness. Living with the daily fluctuations and uncertainty of my health changed my view of the perceived power we all have over our lives.

“Your true self is right there, buried under cultural conditioning, other people’s opinions, and inaccurate conclusions you drew as a kid that became your beliefs about who you are. “Finding yourself” is actually returning to yourself. Unlearning, an excavation, a remembering who you were before the world got its hands on you.”
